The 90s television shows have a special place in our hearts, bringing with them memories that we carry with us as we grow older.
Nickelodeon’s Winterville is celebrating 29 years since it first aired on the kids’ network we all love and know today.
Watching Nickelodeon Weinerville with my mom on Saturday nights was a great way to forget about the doctors appointments I had and the many physical therapy appointments I had during those years.
I enjoyed Wenierville s humorous comedy skits. I liked how it brought kids together in a way that we didn’t see much on television. If we did see something like that, it would be geared more toward the preschool demographic of children. However, Weinervile was for everyone and there was never an episode that didn’t make you laugh.
Winterville is one of the best Nickelodeon shows of all time when it comes to the 1990s. I think Pete and Pete is the best Nick show of all time.
As long as we don’t let Weinerville die, it will always exist. I am honored to celebrate the 29th anniversary of Weinerville with my great friend illustrator Manny, who made a fan film of the series in honor of the 29th anniversary. I highly recommend you watch it, but be sure to bring your slime because it’s a groundbreaking YouTube video that instantly puts you back in the 90s.
